Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations that support the firm’s service lines and platforms. You will manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope to delivery, translating business and technical needs into scalable solutions that boost efficiency and value.

The role requires 7–10 years of enterprise technology leadership, strong project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.
