Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions in the Orlando area to lead technology-enabled business initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. You will oversee cross-functional projects, design solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM and leadership skills, plus experience coordinating large, multi-disciplinary programs in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, or data management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor professionals to high performance.
• Manage project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery aligned to objectives.
• Develop and manage workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
