Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with tax technology exposure.
• Ability to develop product strategy, own roadmaps, end-to-end lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of tax workflows, compliance processes, data dependencies.
• Strong customer discovery, research, and user-centered design capabilities.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics, KPIs, and experiments.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile, lean, and modern product operating models.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Tax business goals and customer needs.
• Own and communicate the product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery with tax partners, professionals, and operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends across tax tech, analytics, and adjacent industries to guide decisions.
• Partner with engineering, data, UX, platform, and vendor teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Create clarity on priorities, ownership, and success measures across stakeholders.
• Champion and mature modern product management practices, including discovery and adoption planning.
