Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled business initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions, acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or tax environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee governance, change management, and adoption of new systems and processes.
