EY's Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) team helps financial services organizations transform their tax functions through technology-enabled solutions, data-driven processes, automation, analytics and emerging technologies.

As a Technology Advisory Analyst in FSO TTT, you will work across design, build, and implement tax technology solutions, travel may be involved, and you will learn to translate business needs into practical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a technology-related field; strong academic record.
• GPA 3.0 minimum required.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for business and technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial approach to practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
• Foundational understanding of data management, analytics, programming, automation or systems concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, configuration, testing, and implementation of tax technology solutions.
• Explore automation, data transformation, and workflow tools to streamline processes.
• Support data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, and analytics for tax reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and opportunities.
• Provide project support: document requirements, track tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Investigate cutting-edge tech including AI/ML to support client solutions.
