EY is seeking a Services Manager in the Financial Services Organization to lead tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base. You will guide engagement teams, identify issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables across complex projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, senior professionals, and junior staff, with a focus on timely results, risk management, and building trusted advisor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting work for clients with high quality and attention to detail.
• Identify and communicate potential issues to support timely and accurate tax returns, research, and projects.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams, escalating complex matters to senior team members.
• Manage assigned workstreams independently while seeking guidance on complex matters.
• Maintain regular communication with client tax liaisons and trust teams to support project execution and client service.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Coordinate engagement deliverables and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
