Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2-3 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent in financial services.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting work with high quality and attention to detail.
• Identify and communicate issues to support timely and accurate tax returns, research, accounting, and projects.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams, escalating complex matters to senior members and subject-matter professionals as appropriate.
• Manage assigned workstreams independently while seeking guidance on complex matters.
• Maintain regular communication with client tax liaisons and trust teams to support project execution.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate engagement deliverables and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
