Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a CCH Integrator Services Consultant in the United States, focusing on presales and post-sale implementations for tax and finance teams. The role requires deep knowledge of CCH Integrator modules, stakeholder engagement, and effective solution design.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, delivering demonstrations, architecting solutions, and enabling users during go-live.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years experience working with Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Products in a customer-facing capacity.
• Familiarity with ERP/GL systems and data integration concepts.
• Certifications in change management and/or tax technology, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales discovery sessions across CCH Integrator modules.
• Design high-level solution architectures including environments and data touchpoints.
• Deliver product demonstrations, RFX responses and service proposals.
• Provide go-live support and post go-live customer assistance.
• Coordinate with delivery teams for successful implementation.
