Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive profitable growth for the CCH Small Firm Services line within Coppell, TX. In this hybrid role, you will manage a defined territory, develop a robust pipeline, and conduct needs-based software demonstrations to federal and retail tax clients.

You will own the sales process from qualification to closing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to forecasting using CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales or related experience.
• Experience carrying a quota and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience in tax preparer space or financial services software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and develop sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across opportunities; ensure progression through sales stages.
• Meet daily outbound activity targets via calls and emails to drive pipeline velocity.
• Conduct needs assessments and present product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to prospects.
• Collaborate with onboarding, implementation, and support teams post-sale.
