Job summary

K1X is transforming how accounting firms handle tax seasons by delivering automation, structure, and confidence through tailored demos and structured onboarding. As a Solution Consultant, you will lead client demonstrations, train users, and guide new customers to realize early wins from day one.

You will execute workflow-aligned training, support onboarding milestones, and work with Sales, Product, and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of tax technology, SaaS implementation, or solution consulting experience.
• Familiar with tax workflows and multi-entity structures.
• Strong live-demo and client training delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting onboarding and managing escalations.
• Knowledge of CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demos tailored to client tax workflows and entity structures.
• Support Sales with workflow-based consultation and RFP responses.
• Lead product webinars and educational sessions for prospects.
• Create onboarding playbooks and coordinate with implementation teams.
• Train clients on system setup and tax filing workflows.
• Guide firms through critical deadlines and milestones.
• Provide escalation support and partner with Account Managers.
• Give feedback to Product and Marketing based on client interactions.
