Description
At K1x, we're redefining how accounting firms handle tax season—bringing automation, structure, and confidence to complex filing workflows. As a Solution Consultant, you play a critical role in helping firms get up and running, use the platform effectively, and maximize their value from day one.
You bring a strong understanding of tax workflows, multi-entity operations, and the real-world constraints firms face. You thrive in moments of hands-on client interaction—whether leading demos during the sales process, guiding firms through onboarding milestones, or stepping into high-risk situations with clarity and empathy. You're not responsible for long-term relationship management—but you make sure each relationship starts off strong.
Your mission is to deliver compelling, workflow-aligned demos that drive confidence in the sales process, then guide new clients through onboarding with clear, contextual training. You help lay the groundwork for retention by ensuring clients understand how the platform fits into their tax processes, trust it to meet critical deadlines, and achieve meaningful early wins.
