Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Manager in Tax Technology Consulting to lead ERP and tax solution implementations for global clients. You will deliver services around Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize direct and indirect tax processes.

As part of a cross-functional TTC team, you will manage client relationships, design tax-enabled technology solutions, contribute to business development, and mentor staff. Willingness to travel up to 50% and hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP with direct/indirect tax focus.
Direct tax experience such as corporate income tax, tax provision, transfer pricing, and state income tax.
Preferred accreditations: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or equivalent.
Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days in-person co-location.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Deliver components of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
Identify, design and implement technology solutions to address tax needs.
Cross-functional teaming: maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
People development: staff coaching and retention activities; contribute to BD.
