Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team seeks a Manager to guide ERP tax implementations and deliver innovative tax technology solutions. You will manage client interactions, oversee engagement components, and contribute to business development in a hybrid work setting.

You will bring 5+ years of Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP experience with tax knowledge, plus certifications and strong leadership skills to drive client success across Deloitte's tax function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Financials or Oracle Cloud ERP with direct/indirect tax knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle TRCS and other EPM Suite apps; indirect tax experience via native Oracle or third-party tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Lead and deliver components of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
• Identify, design and implement technology solutions for tax needs.
• Understand and articulate Deloitte TTC practice within the broader organization and maintain client relationships.
• Act as counselor/coach; participate in staffing and retention activities.
• Develop and maintain contacts; lead pursuit teams and contribute to business development.
