Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team seeks a Manager to deliver ERP-focused tax technology implementations, specializing in Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Cloud ERP for direct and indirect tax. You will manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and drive innovative tax solutions within a cross-functional practice.

Hybrid work model; travel up to 50% may be required; CPA/attorney/enrolled agent or equivalent certifications are preferred along with relevant technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP with tax requirements (direct or indirect).
• Direct tax experience: corporate income tax, tax provision, transfer pricing, state income tax.
• Preferred indirect tax experience with Oracle, ONESOURCE, Vertex, Avalara, Sovos (Taxware).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Lead delivery of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
• Identify, design and implement tech solutions for tax needs.
• Maintain relationships across TTC practice and Deloitte.
• Counsel and coach team members; participate in staffing and retention.
• Lead business development and pursuit teams.
