Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team seeks a Manager to lead technology implementations for ERP and tax applications. You will manage client engagements, deliver Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP solutions, and drive cross-functional initiatives with senior sponsors.

The role emphasizes hybrid work in the US, travel up to 50%, and ongoing accreditation requirements. CPA/EA/attorney or equivalent credentials are valued; expect a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree required; supporting credentials preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in implementation of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP including tax requirements for direct tax and/or indirect tax.
• Direct tax experience such as corporate income tax, tax provision, operational transfer pricing and state income taxation; experience with Oracle TRCS and other EPM Suite applications.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
• Active accreditations such as CPA/Attorney/Enrolled Agent or equivalent; various project management and scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Manage components of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP engagements and teams.
• Solutions: Identify, design and implement technology solutions to address tax needs.
• Cross Functional Teaming: Align with Deloitte TTC practice and broader network; maintain client relationships.
• People Development: Coach team members and participate in staffing and retention activities.
• Business Development: Build and lead pursuit teams; contribute to proposals and deals.
