Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP in the United States is seeking a Manager in our Tax Technology Consulting team to lead ERP and tax solution implementations, translating tax requirements into technology strategies.

You will manage client relationships, deliver Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Cloud ERP engagements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive value for tax departments. A hybrid work model with up to 50% travel is expected, along with professional accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP with tax requirements.
• Hybrid work model requiring 2–3 days on-site per week.
• Direct tax experience including corporate income tax, tax provision, transfer pricing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to obtain immigration sponsorship if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Lead delivery of Oracle EBS/ERP components and indirect tax engine engagements.
• Identify, design and implement technology solutions for tax needs.
• Build cross-functional relationships and service clients holistically.
• Support staffing, coaching, and business development efforts.
