Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) is undertaking a multi-year Tax System Modernization Program to modernize core tax administration systems, workflows, and data structures. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead planning and monitoring of the tax system modernization program.
Coordinate with vendors, IT leads, and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines.
Develop governance structures, dashboards, and status reports for executives.
Oversee risk management, change requests, and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and contract requirements.
Mentor and guide a cross-functional project management team.
