Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Private Client Services to lead tax compliance and consulting for high net-worth clients. You will handle personal income, estate and gift tax issues and advise on wealth retention strategies, including entity tax implications for owners.

The role involves supervising staff, researching complex tax questions, and pursuing new client opportunities while ensuring timely delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of public accounting and private client services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; Master’s preferred.
• CPA or Licensed Attorney required; CFP or Masters in Tax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews basic to complex individual and other tax returns.
• Identifies tax planning and consulting opportunities.
• Manages and monitors KPI’s as established by the business line.
• Interacts directly with clients and their advisors.
• Participates in business development and networking activities.
