Job summary

NorthRock Partners, LLC. is seeking a Tax Services professional with 3–5 years of experience to provide tax advice, planning, and return preparation to a diverse client base. You will manage client relationships, assist with audits, and use Prosystems and Salesforce; CPA certification pursued after start is encouraged.

Responsibilities include tax planning, analytics, and developing planning models while ensuring high service standards and timely deliverables for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years related experience with a rockstar work ethic and delivery.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Prosystems and a CRM like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Income tax return preparation, reviews and filings.
• Manage clients relationships and client inquiries.
• Demonstrate understanding of client situations and financials.
• Handle federal, state and local tax audits.
• Keep CRM (Salesforce) up-to-date.
• Assist with tax planning, research and analytics.
• Build and maintain income tax planning models.
• Participate in client calls and meetings.
• Learn and adapt to new software and technology.
