NorthRock Partners, LLC. seeks a Director, Tax Services to lead tax planning, compliance, and client service for high-net-worth individuals and related entities.

You will partner with financial advisors to deliver integrated tax strategies and oversee complex engagements, guiding the team to ensure accurate, timely service. The role can be located in Minneapolis, MN, Deer Park, IL, or San Francisco, CA, with a focus on collaborative leadership and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years in public accounting/tax services, with high-net-worth client experience.
• Minimum of two years of formal supervisory experience.
• Advanced expertise in complex tax return prep, planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive, year-round tax planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Partner with financial advisors and cross-functional teams on tax strategies.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients and advisors.
