Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or EA credential required.
• 5–8 years of progressive tax experience in preparation, planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and oversee client service, tax deliverables, workflow and deadlines.
• Serve as primary Tax Services contact for assigned clients and coordinate services with advisors.
• Review complex returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide direction to preparers.
• Lead tax planning, research, and analysis to support clients' financial objectives.
• Prepare and review tax research memoranda and responses to tax authorities.
• Coach and develop Associates and Senior Associates through guidance.
