NorthRock Partners in Minneapolis is seeking a knowledgeable Tax Services professional to independently prepare complex tax returns, support planning initiatives, and deliver integrated tax services as part of our Personal Office approach. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of tax preparation experience, a strong client focus, and collaborative, mentoring skills.

CPA designation is preferred; active pursuit is expected if not licensed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of tax preparation experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with preparing individual, business, trust returns.
• CPA designation preferred; active pursuit if not licensed.
• Experience with CCH and BNA; strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Independently prepare individual, business, trust, and other tax returns.
• Review returns and workpapers, provide feedback for improvement.
• Support tax planning, research, and analyses for clients.
• Maintain client documentation and CRM records.
• Coordinate workflow and client communications to ensure timely delivery.
