Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You’ll connect clients with Intuit resources, pursue community engagement, and help grow the local customer base with marketing support.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax service, ongoing training, and collaboration with a broader team of specialists to ensure a complete financial picture for clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for complex tax scenarios and planning.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.
