Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support software usage, while building a local client base and fostering long-term relationships in the community. Role emphasizes in-person service, a strong customer focus, and collaboration with marketing and product resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold PTIN as required by law.
• Must have or obtain related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Comfortable in front-facing retail roles.
• Possesses or can acquire a local tax-related license when required.
• Ability to build local community relationships for growth.
• Proficient with tax software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice.
• Perform tax calculations and software support for clients.
• Grow client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver excellent in-store customer service and guidance.
• Act as a TurboTax ambassador in the community.
