Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, becoming a trusted local advisor and growing the client base in your community. This role emphasizes in-person service, a strong understanding of tax laws, and the ability to build long-term relationships while delivering an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be an active community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships through in-person and virtual interactions.
