• Mentor staff and volunteers to maintain a calm, organized, inclusive workplace.
• Triages client needs and manages conflicts with empathy to de-escalate issues quickly.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for seasonal volunteers and staff.
• Monitor tax services for accuracy and compliance; provide guidance as needed.
• Assist with team meetings and cross-site support as required.
