Metropolitan Family Service is seeking a Lead Tax Site Coordinator III for the MFS CASH Oregon program at the Civic Office in Gresham. Under the Tax & Financial Services Manager, you will oversee volunteer tax preparation activities, schedule staff, and ensure accurate, compliant services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in public service, experience with coordinating volunteers, Spanish proficiency, and strong de-escalation and communication skills.

Formación

• BA/BS in public service or related field required.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Experience managing teams or volunteers in dynamic environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate volunteer tax preparation activities.
• Schedule staff and volunteers; ensure smooth operations during peak demand.
• Provide guidance and training to volunteers and staff on tax protocols and quality assurance.
• Monitor compliance and accuracy of tax preparation services.
