Metropolitan Family Service is seeking a Tax Site Coordinator I - Limited Duration at the MFS Civic Office in Gresham, OR. The role supports daily operations for volunteer tax preparation, coordinates seasonal staff, and ensures accurate, high-quality tax services for the Impuestos Comunitarios site.

Reporting to the Lead Tax Site Coordinator III, the position is full-time, exempt, with a November 1, 2026 to May 30 2027 duration.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in public service or human services required or equivalent.
• Experience managing teams or volunteers in high-pressure environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with database management and quality assurance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operational support and coordination for Volunteer Tax Preparation.
• Support and schedule seasonal volunteers and staff.
• Ensure high-quality service and compliance in tax site operations.
• Triaging client needs and de-escalation with empathy.
• Coordinate logistics and resource management at the MFS Civic location.
• Attend team meetings and assist other sites as needed.
