Role Overview

The Senior Manager in FSO EDGE Private will manage tax compliance and consulting work, including advising private entities and high-profile individuals. You will coach teams, ensure quality, and handle complex tax issues, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

1. Consult with clients and escalate complex issues appropriately.
2. Manage compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
3. Possess specialized expertise with high-net worth clients.
4. Coordinate with client teams to gather and share information for tax reporting.
5. Build long-term client relationships and manage workflow.
6. Oversee engagement deliverables and team resources.
7. Advise on complex tax matters and assign tasks.
8. Review work for accuracy and compliance.
9. Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience.
• CPA, Attorney, or Enrolled Agent license required.
