Role Overview

As a Senior Services Manager in FSO EDGE Private, you will manage tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth clients, including private entities and individuals. You will be a trusted advisor, coach a team, and handle complex tax projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and consulting projects, client relationships, and team activities.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams for information gathering and reporting.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance, and coach team members.
• Provide leadership and manage engagement economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, with significant tax or financial planning experience.
• CPA, Attorney, or Enrolled Agent license required.
• At least 8 years of experience in professional services or tax organizations.
• Deep understanding of estate and wealth planning, trust income tax.

Preferred Skills

• Proven high-net-worth tax planning experience.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills.
