Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager to oversee global accounting compliance and reporting engagements across 100+ countries, working with EY teams to mitigate risk and improve transparency. You will govern end-to-end processes and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of audit/accounting experience, CPA or bar membership, US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, with willingness to travel 20–30% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years' work experience in audit/accounting.
• CPA license or state Bar membership required.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping, preferably with multi-country exposure.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills; problem-solving and attention to detail.
• US GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation experience and ability to apply it across entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements spanning multiple countries with EY teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Validate and govern global finance operations using a single methodology and provide subsidiary governance.
• Coordinate with global delivery resources to deploy the right engagement teams.
• Keep up-to-date on global trends, regulations, and apply them to moderately complex situations.
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality, visibility, efficiency, and client experience.
