Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager to join our Accounting Compliance & Reporting practice. You will work on engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams, helping to govern and improve global finance operations while ensuring accurate statutory reporting.

You will validate processes, lead junior professionals, and drive high-quality services under tight deadlines. This role offers broad exposure to cross-border tax work within a global EY network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business major.
• 5–7 years' work experience in audit/accounting.
• CPA license or state Bar membership.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills; GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to travel 20–30% to client locations.

• Validate and govern global finance operations using one global methodology.
• Provide subsidiary governance throughout legal-entity life cycles to mitigate risk.
