Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Senior Services Manager to lead engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY ACR teams. You will govern global finance operations, ensure governance across the legal entity lifecycle and drive process improvements while mitigating risk.

The role requires 8–10 years in audit/accounting, CPA or Bar, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel 20–30% to client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business major.
• 8–10 years' work experience in audit/accounting.
• CPA license or Bar membership is required.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• US GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide timely, high-quality services and work products exceeding client expectations with daily contact to EY local ACR teams.
• Demonstrate professionalism and protect client confidentiality and proprietary information.
• Serve as the point of contact for applicable client relationships, showing knowledge of client businesses.
• Develop and guide junior professionals through feedback aligned with goals.
• Deploy engagement teams leveraging US ACR resources and Global Delivery Service locations.
• Stay up-to-date on global trends, regulations and apply them to complex projects.
