Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Client Services Representative, Core Tax Services, to assist the core tax team by organizing and processing accounts payable data for clients using cloud-based software that integrates with QuickBooks. The role also supports basic bookkeeping tasks and broader tax department processes.

You will coordinate and prepare client documentation, respond to client inquiries, and help maintain files on the BDO Global Portal, enabling smooth year-end activities and timely service

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years accounts payable processing and bookkeeping experience, required.
• Experience in a professional services firm, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets internal deadlines to ensure timely delivery of service and payment processing.
• Responds to client requests regarding meetings and general correspondence.
• Collects vendor payments and ensures accurate filing of tax-related forms.
• Maintains organized client files on the BDO Global Portal and shared drives.
• Provides administrative support to the tax department and coordinates training for team.
