Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or statistics, or equivalent with CPA eligibility.
• One year or more of prior tax experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of tax returns and research.
• Prepare filings and ensure client compliance with tax rules.
• Assist with ASC 740/FAS 109 and FIN 48 tax provisions as needed.
• Draft memorandums and correspondence related to tax matters.
