Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of public accounting experience.
• Ability to sit for the CPA exam or have passed CPA section; CPA license a plus.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Supervise Staff Accountants and mentor juniors.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to profitability.
• Obtain CPA license if not yet obtained.
• Research, analyze data, and prepare reports for recommendations.
