Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in public accounting, CPA exam progress, and a strong accounting/tax background. The firm emphasizes growth, collaboration, and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; advanced degree a plus.
• CPA exam or CPA license considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage increasing responsibility.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants; contribute to profitability.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Research business-specific issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support CPA licensure goals and ongoing training.
