Job summary

Rea is a growing Top 100 business advisory & accounting firm providing our clients services in tax, accounting, and business consulting. The Tax Senior Manager role leads tax compliance, research, and strategic planning for complex client matters while mentoring staff and participating in firm leadership and business development.

The position requires eight or more years of experience, CPA/EA or equivalent, and strong knowledge of ASC 740-10.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• CPA, EA or equivalent certification required
• 8+ years of experience
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740-10 and tax provisions
• Experience with tax research databases and GoFileRoom/Caseware

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance for multiple client engagements.
• Review tax returns and advise on compliance and filings.
• Mentor staff and supervise associates on projects.
• Develop and communicate tax strategies to clients.
• Coordinate tax research and support for complex issues.
• Lead client relationships and respond to federal/state inquiries.
