Job summary

Rea, a growing Top 100 business advisory and accounting firm, seeks a Tax Senior Manager in the United States (Ohio). You will advise clients on tax implications, lead compliance and research, and serve as the primary client contact for complex tax issues.

You will mentor staff and contribute to marketing and business development. You’ll guide ASC 740-10 tax accruals, review provisions, and coordinate with specialists.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of prior experience
• Prior supervisory experience required
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted) or EA required

Responsibilities

• Ensures clients comply with tax authorities while minimizing tax and reporting burdens
• Reviews tax provisions and assists with journal entries and tax returns
• Mentors staff and trains on ASC 740-10 and tax research methods
• Develops tax strategies and maintains client relationships
