Job summary

You will supervise a team, review complex returns, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to deliver proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting or mixed public/private.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation preferred.
• Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple client engagements and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and foster strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning and compliance solutions.
• Review complex tax returns and maintain client communication.
• Mentor staff and provide training and supervision.
