Job summary

Withum is seeking an International Senior Manager to oversee complex corporate tax engagements from multiple offices, including NJ and TX, with growth toward Partnership. You will guide C corp., S corp., and partnership work and coordinate teams to deliver accurate tax returns for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, client development, and leadership across tax disciplines within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a public accounting tax department
• Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills to represent the Firm well

Responsibilities

• Review complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
• Strategic planning for clients including advising on federal and state compliance issues
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines
• Identifying tax planning opportunities
• Conducting discussions with team members on evaluations and providing counsel
• Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader
• Seeking and developing new clients/business
