Formación

• Eight+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
• Five+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• CPA or JD required.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service and maintain high ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead federal tax compliance and consulting for middle market to multinational clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state/local, international and R&D matters.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with actionable client recommendations.
• Develop staff through firm-wide learning and the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
