Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to deliver federal tax advisory and compliance services to middle-market clients. You will work with leadership, mentor staff, and help grow the business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's desirable.
CPA or EA required.
8+ years of federal and state tax experience in a professional services firm.
5+ years of supervisory experience; mentoring associates.
Strong management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

Be a trusted tax advisor, lead client relationships from day to day.
Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740.
Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with client recommendations.
Coordinate with specialty tax teams on state/local, international, credits and incentives.
Manage staffing, billing/collections, and ensure profitability targets.
Develop relationships internally and externally to win new work.
Invest in professional development and mentor team members.
Support engagement teams and promote work-life balance.
