Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead federal tax compliance and advisory services for middle market and multinational clients. You will work with firm leadership, mentor staff, and help grow the business while advancing your own career within a dynamic CPA advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law; CPA or JD preferred.
• Eight (8)+ years of federal tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Five (5)+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market and multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with various clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC740.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with client recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits and incentives.
• Manage engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets.
• Leverage entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships for new clients and projects.
• Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning programs.
