Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Ensures clients comply with authorities and minimizes tax and reporting burdens while aligning with Firm policies and the TQM.
• Research: Identifies when research is needed, frames issues for research, and reports analysis clearly and concisely.
• ASC 740 (FAS 109 and FIN 48) Tax Accruals: Applies Firm policies to 740-10-55, prepares provision workpapers, discusses uncertain positions with the team.
• Tax Consulting: Assists with developing and implementing efficient methods to maximize client benefits and reduce tax liability, gathering information for controversy work.
