Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of tax concepts and research skills.
• Experience gathering client information for filings.
• Knowledge of ASC 740, FIN 48, and tax accruals processes.
• Ability to supervise and review junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tax compliance and minimize client tax and reporting burdens for engagements and teams.
• Plan tax processes, manage projects, and meet internal deadlines.
• Review returns and provide clear review notes for preparers; raise potential issues.
• Identify book-to-tax differences and discuss with team as needed.
• Prepare tax accrual workpapers and discuss conclusions with the appropriate members.
