Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate in the Private Client Services (PCS) team in New York. You will prepare and review US tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations while building strong client relationships and staying current with evolving tax laws.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with other tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax services. A CPA/EA trajectory is preferred, with advanced taxation credentials and experience in a public accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance experience in public accounting.
• Experience preparing US tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and with firm leadership.
• Develop working knowledge of client business and meet assigned deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards; apply new knowledge to client engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient delivery of tax services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
