CLA is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Heartland CLA Region. Locations include St. Louis, Kansas City, Peoria IL, Bloomington IL, Dixon IL, Champaign IL, Danville IL, and O'Fallon IL.

You will prepare, supervise, and review various engagements, partner with clients on tax advisory services, and focus on engagement management and operational excellence. The role emphasizes training other team members and expanding technical knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients
