TaxSlayer, LLC is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives for the 2026/2027 tax season. This remote, work-from-home role offers starting pay of $17.00 per hour with paid training.

Remote work is open to candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN, with a satellite office in Charlotte, NC. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, explain product features and pricing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
