Job summary

TaxSlayer is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the peak tax season. You will assist customers with their tax filing questions and guide them through our software. Training is provided and starting in late December.

Candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN are welcome to apply. A high school diploma is required, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you should have a reliable home internet connection.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
